After a tiresome day at work I went home, I was exhausted and really needed a break. Just then I got a message the group chat saying, we should plan something, something to escape the daily hustle-bustle and be near nature. The next day all my friends came over to my place to discuss our escape trip. We cut off the usual places, Lonavala, Khandala, Mulshi.
We wanted to go a little bit this time and we decided to settle on Goa! Then came the devil problem of transit, Goa is pretty far to go to by bus, takes up to 7 hours or more and there’s no music, least comfortable seats and amusement is zero. We had been lingering on the thought of a road trip for so long now, and just then I remembered the ad I’d been seeing that entire week ‘Winger Hire’ the car rent service by Pune Tours, it was the best thing ever, we could rent a semi-luxury bus or a car and go somewhere far enough to enjoy ourselves. I told my friends about this service, they thought I’d be too expensive but then I told them about the company’s website and explained them the rent plans, it was so feasible and super convenient. I called up ‘Winger Hire’ booked a car for a few days, it was easier than any other local rental service and the best part was we had to pay after the trip, for as many days we keep it, no restrictions and fuss-free. Feeling like Dil Chahta Hai cast we went through the road of all the cliché sights but it was so worth it. We weren’t that tired either because we all took turns to drive the car. The beaches were so much more fun when we had a car to get back into and start the heating off. During the trip, the car was a saviour, faraway places seemed close and we had a lot of fun.
All in all, this escape trip wouldn’t have been possible if it wasn’t for ‘Winger Hire’. The much-needed break turned into one of the best trips ever with so many memories!
